Security Career coaching

Most security people don't engage with coaching. Then they wonder why they are lost, miserable and struggling. Security management can be a very isolating career at the best of times.

Fun fact - most board members engage with a coach for whatever their discipline is.

Security people aren't usually comfortable asking for help. They feel that they need to 'have all the answers' but that's not helpful. It's macho bullshit that the industry should have outgrown by now.

I offer advice for those engaged in a security management career. My advice is not suitable for IT people.
